Fees
"There's no free lunch" - especially in New York City! Yes, for the services described above, we do charge a fee. In most cases, when renting an apartment in Manhattan through a broker, you will have to pay a commission.
Alhough the fee varies depending on circumstances, it is usually between 12% - 15% of the first year's rent of the apartment.
Additionally, agents can show available
apartments where some of the brokerage fee is
paid for by the landlord, thus reducing your
