I would like to share with you my satisfaction with your agent, Veena Prakash.
Last Saturday afternoon, I contacted Veena regarding a listing that I saw online. I told her that I needed to find an apartment quickly because needed give my lease renewal/cancellation notice by the end of the week.
After asking me the appropriate questions regarding my preferences and guidelines, she informed me that she would be able to schedule a number of viewings that fit my criteria for the following morning. This speed at which she was able to accommodate me was impressive.
When I met Veena on Sunday morning, she had selected 7 apartments that we proceeded to view. During the viewings, I legitimately felt that she kept my preferences and guidelines in mind; I haven't ever had that type of treatment from a broker in NYC. Not only did she keep my best interests in mind, but she also evidenced her professionalism in the following ways:
* She was very well organized
* She constantly tried to fine-tune our next viewing based on my feedback at previous viewings
* She offered to show me an apartment for the sole sake of making a value comparison to the apartment in which I was interested
* She sent me a thank you e-mail this morning with ideas for next steps and further options
* She gave me strategic advice regarding how we could work together to find the right apartment going forward
Although I have not yet found an apartment that is right for me, I can say that I look forward to working with Veena going forward. Not only will I continue to use her, but I will gladly recommend her to any of myfriends/colleagues who are in need of a broker as well. I think she is an asset to your company.
